Southbend 36" Electric Resturant Range- 2 Burners, Standard Oven and 24" Griddle
Save space and take everything a good kitchen needs and lump it into one ultra-convenient, high-performing package. The Southbend SE36D-TTB electric restaurant range oven provides a standard oven, a large griddle on top, as well as two hotplates on its right-hand side. This gives your restaurant a wide variety of cooking options all in this compact machine. This model is fast-acting - capable of pre-heating itself to 450° F in just 20 minutes, making it ready to cook anything in little time. The oven cavity has a stainless steel lining, holds 1 rack and can fit a max capacity of 60 lbs worth of meat. The rounded hotplates are controlled with an easy three-heat switch to make operation a breeze. The griddle not only cooks reliably, but it also keeps the apparatus clean and free of grease, with its grease chute isolating the leftover grease, and the splash guards surrounding it keeping the grease from contaminating the work area.
