The Nor-Lake (NLCB84) Four Drawer 84" Refrigerated Chef Base is noticeably smaller in height and longer than many other refrigerators, which makes it ideal for slotting into more compact spaces that are lower to the ground. With the 4" casters, it is very easy to maneuver this chef base into place, and adjust its position to your liking. It has been designed to include many features that will assist you in maintaining the quality of your products, whilst being kept in a smaller spot for your convenience.

Finish: The exterior and the interior are finished in Stainless Steel, complete with a galvanized back and bottom, making the unit very easy to clean. The drawers are also finished in Stainless Steel, which gives the overall unit a professional appearance.

Refrigeration: This chef base has been equipped with a digital temperature indicator and an adjustable temperature control, which makes it easy for you to set and maintain a temperature, from 34F to 38F, for this chef base to chill your products at. It also features an automatic defrost system and a condensate evaporator that does not require plumbing, to guarantee that the conditions inside the chef base are perfect. With the constant air flow from the self-contained forced air capillary tube refrigeration system, this chef base keeps your chosen temperature consistent, making it the ideal unit to store your food products in.

Insulation: The drawers and cabinet are foamed-in-place with polyurethane, ensuring that the air is always sealed inside when the drawers are shut.

Design: With the lower height and flat top of the chef base, it is ideal for slotting into a more compact area that is lower to the ground, perhaps under a counter. The four drawers feature curved handles set over recessed pockets, giving you a comfortable and easy grip.
